DROP-OFF Artwork

Please book a time slot for drop-off by selecting an available 'ticket' type.

***If you have multiple family members in the exhibition - one ticket / time slot 

Time slots are for one hour.

Feel free to arrive at any time during that hour : the purpose of this system is to stagger arrivals and  void congestion in the Bus Museum parking spaces.
 

ARTWORK DETAILS

• Clearly identify your delivery with the label provided  DOWNLOAD LABEL HERE and attach to your artwork.
   
• Bring your ticket with QR code for check in.
   
• Be prepared to unwrap your artwork on arrival and take packing materials home with you.
  
  

🚌  PS! it's a Bus Museum.   You will be directed to place artworks in a designated bus - safely stored till the regular Sunday OPEN DAY at the Museum is over and onsite, ready for Monday installation.

• At the close of the exhibition, we request that you return with your packing materials, wrap and remove any unsold artwork.
   
• Freight and transport costs in both directions are the responsibility of the artist.
   
• Pick up date -  COB Sunday 13 November or Monday 14 November
   
  NB: Unless you've negotiated other arrangements and have confirmation in writing, works not collected within one week of this date will become the property of GREENWAY Art Prize and may be recycled or otherwise thoughtfully disposed of.
