The Grief Brief | 4-Day Immersive Retreat | Explore Your Grief | Perth, WA

Grief changes us. It shifts the way we see the world, ourselves, and those around us. At Orana, we believe grief deserves time, space, and compassion. Not to be rushed or silenced, but to be honoured, to be felt, to be witnessed, to just be.

The Grief Brief is a 4-day, 3-night immersive healing retreat designed as a sacred pause. A chance to step away from the noise, reconnect with yourself, and be gently guided through practices that nurture presence, release, and renewal.

This is not about “moving on.” It’s about moving with - finding tenderness, connection, and new strength within your journey. This is your invitation to slow down, to breathe, and to honour what you’re carrying. A safe container for feeling deeply, connecting to whatever feels right, and remembering that healing doesn’t mean forgetting. It means loving yourself through it all.
