Event description

Welcome to the April Grief Café, a gentle and respectful space where you can be with others, to share and explore thoughts, feelings and experiences of grief and loss. 

Tea and coffee will also be available. 

To open this months meeting Therese will share a few thoughts on dealing with regret after a loved one has died. Therese lives locally and has worked and volunteered in the area of loss and grief for over 20 years.
