Welcome to the September Grief Café, a gentle and respectful space where you can be with others, to share and explore thoughts, feelings and experiences of grief and loss. 

To open this months meeting Therese will share a few thoughts on dealing with regret after a loved one has died. Therese lives locally and has worked and volunteered in the area of loss and grief for over 20 years.
