A free community gathering to gently come together in the presence of grief.

Grief touches all of us in different ways.

The loss of a loved one.
The ending of a relationship.
A change in health.
A dream that never came to be.
The quiet ache of loneliness, uncertainty, or life changing around us.

Often grief is something we carry silently.

This circle offers a space to slow down, breathe, and be with what is here — together.

There is no expectation to share.
No pressure to have the right words.
You are welcome to simply listen, sit quietly, or speak if and when it feels right.

Through gentle reflection, deep listening, guided meditation, breath, sound, and community connection, we create space to honour our experiences and remember that we do not have to carry them alone.

This is not therapy, counselling, or a space for fixing.

It is a circle of human beings coming together in honesty, compassion, and presence.
