When we lose something or someone, despite experiencing a void, confusion or time warping (just to name a few), the world doesn't stop. It doesn't care about our emotional turbulence or need to process. We're still expected to show up as functioning humans.

In the context of relationship endings, this workshop is about holding space, validating and processing some of our losses. It's a time to understand the scale and types of loss, the personal significance, and how they have impacted us moving forward in life.

It's often overlooked because of the pain and challenge, but grief is an important part of understanding meaning and can lead us to deeper happiness. Let's not sweep it under the rug. Let's honour it today and share stories of what loss has taught us.
