    Perseverance Street Theatre Company presents their 2024 Professional Production with all the bells and whistles!

    GRIT: The Stories.The Town. The Music

    Through storytelling, music and song, six characters reveal their dreams and hopes for a better future. Created from the collection of real stories of resilience from people living in regional Queensland. These are their stories. These are their songs.

    GRIT is back!

    After a Queensland tour, GRIT has come home to where it all began.

    Blending music, storytelling and sublime singing this original production is coming back to Gympie, the town that inspired this acclaimed work. Based on the stories of 30 people, GRIT is an authentic and grounded production.

    Come and meet: The Saint, The Romantic, The Recluse,  The Rationalist, The Runaway, The Nomad

    The show runs for 75 minutes. There is a cast of four in this professional production.

    This is the full theatrical production performed in our intimate pocket size studio right here in the Gympie CBD at our shed studio 4/24 Barter Street.
