Sunshine Coast’s supreme line up of Soul Sistas are coming together to the Presynct on the 24th of August to share their funky soul grooves and stories through their soulful expression of original music. 

A fun eclectic night of 3 bands each fronted by women, all Queens in their own rights sharing their soft silky tones, skills on the fretboard and talents for their story telling through song writing. 

Smooth and melodic Trio Karly + Friends deliver a warm blend of male and female vocals, moody guitar, angelic ukulele, ambient violin and spirited flute. Performing creative acoustic arrangements of beautifully written heart felt originals, Karly + Friends explore the winding journey of self-discovery through a deep, authentic and atmospheric sound which is sure to captivate the senses.

- Nuraini 
Nuraini is an emerging singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from the Sunshine Coast, who effortlessly weaves stories into soulful music and mellow rhythms. Lately she has been hitting the stage with her band, bringing a bigger and more playful energy to her shows. Influenced by genres spanning neo-soul, rnb, funk, hip hop and reggae, her music creates a captivating soundscape with plenty of groove, which is an honest reflection of her diversity as an artist.
        
  - Solua 
SOLUA is an uplifting world music band merging styles of Afro-Brazil and Caribbean Zouk music, creating their own tropical blend traversing across jazz, funk, classical, bossa nova, hip-hop and reggae. SOLUA creates a unified loving atmosphere, diffusing prejudice with their heartfelt music. Like a warm hug their vibe can soothe and soften to open up audiences, ready to then expand into their full swing evolving into their vibrant invigorating grooves. Turning up the heat into a high energy Brazilian/Caribbean carnival, they ignite the dance floor into a party of infectious worldly vibes full of dancing rhythms.
