We invite you to come explore the philosophy and power of the Open Floor International curriculum at Ground Floor Lab California 2026, set in the vibrant San Francisco Bay Area — the birthplace of Open Floor.

Open Floor skills are life skills — practical tools for thriving in work, relationships, creativity, and community. This is not just about dance — it's about resourcing your body for impact, agility, and alignment in the face of modern complexity. This immersive experience will empower you to:

  • Deepen emotional intelligence and relational presence

  • Access creativity and clarity

  • Navigate complexity with embodied resilience

  • Lead and collaborate with authenticity and vitality


IN PERSON + NON-RESIDENTIAL

SCHEDULE: Wed/Thur/Fri/Sat/Sun: 11am-2pm session, 2-3:30pm break, 3:30-6:30pm session

TUITION*: Supported Rate: $750, Standard Rate: $950, Supporting Rate: $1150

*Tiered Pricing available for those of us with more financial resources to share, and for those of us who could use some financial support. When you register at the Supporting Rate, a portion of your registration fee is applied towards another mover's reduced-rate spot. Thank you for sharing your resources with others.

Illness Policies: We expect any dancers experiencing cold/flu/covid symptoms to stay home and care for themselves, which keeps the rest of the group healthy. We will review our covid risk mitigation policies one month prior to our workshop.
