Description

Zac Vale is back with Grounded 2.0, a deeper, more refined experience focused on teaching the nervous system how to adapt.

Grounded is half-day, immersive workshop blending science, somatic practices, and lived experience. Every practice has a purpose. Every experience is grounded in real-world application.

Your nervous system is designed to oscillate, to shift between activation and recovery.
Modern life often traps us at one end of that spectrum.

This workshop is about:

  • Building nervous system flexibility

  • Expanding your capacity to handle stress, anxiety, and anticipation

  • Learning tools you can use anywhere , not just on the mat or in the ice

Breathwork and cold exposure are used as training environments, helping you practise regulation under pressure in a safe, supported way.

  • A grounding practice to arrive, settle the nervous system, and set the tone for the day

  • Functional breathing taught through the L.E.S.S. Principle (Light, Expansive, Slow, Subtle)

  • Yin-inspired movement and diaphragm release to improve breath mechanics and ease tension

  • Practical nervous system education, understanding stress, regulation, and recovery

  • A guided breathing flow to integrate technique, rhythm, and awareness

  • A guided cold exposure using a 4-step process that translates directly to real-world stress, anxiety, and anticipation

  • Free access to a 21-day online integration program to help embed and practise what you’ve learned.

We're excited to bring this work to life with you and share the experience together.
