Hatha Yoga: To mindfully move and awaken the body.
Vagus Nerve Education & Practice: Learn how to recognise your different Nervous System states and experience a selection of evidence-based practices to support you in learning how to self-regulate.
Yin Yoga: For deep connective tissue release.
Restorative Yoga: For intentional rest and nervous system calming.
