This half day special event is for all women looking for new ways to lead, live, and belong ~ without losing yourself, or exhausting reserves day after day.

This Orana Every Woman collaboration brings together Martine Beaumont and Renee Webster to deliver two distinct sessions of a workshop and a retreat. The day includes a with a breakout session, morning tea and time to reflect.

We start the day with a deep dive on women - who we are, what we carry, and how our experiences shape us with Martine Beaumont joined by a panel of regional women of different generations.

This session shines a light on the women who came before us and why we are who we are now. It also opens the door to who we are yet to be. While gaining insight into ourselves and others through generational perspectives, we explore ways for authentic leadership and connection at work, at home, with friends, and in community.

Martine is a highly experienced psychotherapist, consultant, and the Founder and CEO of Select Wellness (Select Wellness Australia) and Select Counsellors. She is recognized as a specialist in mental health, emotional intelligence, and leadership, focusing on improving wellbeing at work, particularly for executives and leaders.

Breakout Session: Welcome Circle + Morning Tea with Artist Ruby Davies

After the morning session, we head to The Greens to join the Festival Opening Welcome Circle. We then meet for morning tea with artist Ruby Davies for a conversation on art, creativity and being fully self-expressed.

Ruby's exhibition is currently on display at the Western Cultural Centre.

The second session is a deep rest that reconnects us to ourselves.

For your final session, we retreat to a quiet, darkened, comforting space where Renee Webster will guide you through a restorative practice to quieten the mind, calm the nervous system, and clear emotional debris.

Renee is a local Psychological Therapist, Life Strategist and Founder of Life Blueprint Experiential Retreats.

Through somatic awareness and gentle recalibration, Renee will take you into a deep rest that reconnects to ourselves where we can find clarity, direction, and the energy to keep showing up for what matters.

The day completes with time to reflect with refreshments under the trees.
