Presented by EXCEL's Level 5 Diploma students as a part of their six-week tour programme, GROUNDED is a powerful journey of music, dance, and spoken word that explores the foundation that shapes our lives. Through the themes of Roots, Culture, Self-Love, Identity, and Faith, the cast reflects on belonging, purpose, and the strength we draw from the things that anchor us.
