A Day of Nature, Energy & Flourishing

As spring unfolds into summer, nature invites us to move from emergence into expansion. This restorative half-day retreat offers space to pause, reconnect and explore simple ways to support your energy, wellbeing and sense of vitality as the season changes.

Through nature connection, seasonal yoga, breathwork, meditation, creative practice and health and wellbeing coaching, you’ll explore how to work with the changing rhythms of the season rather than against them. Drawing inspiration from seasonal wellbeing traditions, we’ll consider nourishment, movement, rest, sleep, mindfulness and joy.
