Welcome to Grounded! Each fortnight, we will gift you an unforgettable experience.
We'll ground in with unique meditations, enjoy the heart-opening medicine of ceremonial grade cacao, explore restorative poses in Yin Yoga, and have you drifting into deep relaxation with the crystal sound bowls.
A wonderfully nourishing evening, a chance to give back to yourself, slow down mid week and reset your nervous system ready to take on the weekend.
