Join us for an evening of deep healing and renewal at our Grounding & Protection Sound Bath. In this immersive session, we will harmonize your energy and guide you through a transformative journey using the power of sound and vibration.

As part of this experience, each guest will receive an Obsidian stone — a powerful stone known for its grounding and protective properties. Obsidian helps shield you from negativity and emotional blockages, while encouraging self-awareness, clarity, and the release of deep-rooted fears. This potent stone is perfect for grounding your energy and creating a sense of stability, especially in times of transition or stress.

Donation: While our sessions are free to attend, donations are deeply appreciated and help sustain these community gatherings. A suggested donation of $20-$30 ensures that we can continue to offer these enriching experiences to all who seek them. Donations are accepted the day of event or via our RSVP link.

What to Expect:

Affirmation Cards: Start with positive affirmations to set the tone for your self-care journey.
Intention Setting: Establish a personal intention to guide your experience.
Guided Meditation: A soothing guided meditation focused on grounding & protection.
Soundbath: Immerse yourself in the healing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and a variety of other instruments.
Reflection & Closing: Conclude with a reflective session to internalize your experience, feel free to bring a journal & pen.
Connection with like-minded individuals in a supportive community setting

There is plenty of free parking on site.

Session will begin promptly at 7pm to honor everyone's time, doors open at 6:30pm, arrive early to settle in.
