Guided Meditation and Reiki

This class focuses on bringing you healing on all levels. Before class, you will set your healing intention to encourage your inner reflection.

This session will start off with a breathing meditation to relax and release the stressors of the day and to get you ready for the guided meditation journey and open you to receive the healing Reiki energy. This guided meditation will focus on Releasing and Letting go of blocked energy, trapped emotions, and limiting beliefs. During the meditation, each person will receive an individual mini-Reiki treatment. We will also incorporate the use of crystals and essential oils. This session will encourage you to release those things that add stress and anxiety to your life, allowing you to rebalance your body, mind, and spirit.
