Come and join me for this small and intimate group breathwork and sound healing event.

This 2 hour event will be capped at 5 participants (men & women).

We will start the workshop with psycho-education regarding the power of the breath, emotions and somatic healing.

We will then breathe as a group for approximately 45 - 60 minutes.

We will finish with sound healing, and meditation.

A breathwork journey can be a powerful approach to emotional healing and self empowerment. The session involves using accelerated breathing to access non-ordinary states of consciousness. It is a powerful way to drop out of your mind and into your body. This experience can bring up strong emotions for some people.

This style of breathwork is not recommended for people with the following conditions -

- pregnant women

- severe mental illness

- cardiovascular disease

- heart problems

- high blood pressure

- osteoporosis

- retinal detachment

- recent injury or surgery
