Join me (Jen) for a gentle and supportive Conscious Connected Breathwork session suitable for people of all levels. Whether you are completely new to breathwork or already familiar with the practice.

This evening session offers a space to begin exploring and listening to your own inner world (which we so often ignore). I am really passionate about supporting people to learn to trust themselves and their intuitive sense. Conscious connected breathing can be a helpful way to support this. It can also help us come in and out of regulation and emotional processing.

You are welcome to show up exactly as you are and share as little or as much as you would like :)

This is a chance to slow down, be with your body and choose you.
