This Group Breathwork Experience is your opportunity to check-in with your body to see what's alive for you beneath the surface.

Prepare for an expansive afternoon filled with heartfelt connections, purposeful intention-setting, a transformative 60-minute group breathwork journey, and an immersive sound healing integration designed to liberate the body from the weight of stress, tension and unexpressed emotions.

A longer breathwork journey can help:

create greater nervous system regulation and capacity
increase out capacity to be with experiences in our own bodies
improve mood, self-esteem and physical/mental calm and ease
combat overthinking, anxiety and overwhelm
switch off the thinking mind and access more meditative states
release accumulated stress, tension, and unprocessed emotion somatically from the body
bring new energy into your life through meaningful connections in a supportive environment

This experience will include the use of sound bowls for integration to help release stress on a cellular level.
