Guided Group Breathwork
Event description
Come and join me for a supported breathwork journey. It is ideal for those who haven't yet explored breathwork and are curious, but equally suitable for those who are already experienced in using conscious connected breathing. I provide a safe and compassionate space for exploration, self-awareness and empowerment that will help you access the wisdom of your deeper being.
Breathwork is a simple yet powerful modality and practice that connects you to the most heartful and fullest expression of yourself.
Some of the many benefits include-
- greater physical and mental calm and ease
- deeper connection to oneself and others
- increased self-compassion, gratitude
- learning how to be with difficult emotions
- increased physical and nervous system capacity
- greater self-awareness
- deepening of the inner journey and possibilities of human experience
Our time together will include time for connection and settling, an approximately 80 minute guided breathwork journey (you'll be lying down and supported with music) plus time to relax, integrate and share if you feel that's helpful for you.
Places are limited to 6 breathers to ensure you are fully supported throughout.
All mats, props and items to make you comfortable are provided. Please wear clothes that are warm, a relaxed fit and comfortable. I strongly recommend not eating in the hour beforehand - it's a much more comfortable experience that way.
Please get in touch if you have any questions at mark@marksimpson.net.au and there's more info about me and breathwork generally on my website.
Please note - Conscious Connected Breathwork is contraindicated for those with the following conditions - Asthma or other lung disorders, Epilepsy, Diagnosed brain or abdominal aneurysm, Bipolar disorder or Schizophrenia, Cardio Vascular Disease (heart problems/stroke/uncontrolled high blood pressure), Uncontrolled diabetes or thyroid conditions, Detached retina or glaucoma, Pregnancy.
