Join Eden for a 2-hour journey as she guides you through the modalities of breath and movement.

This style of Breathwork is conscious connected breathing and when we breathe in this pattern it allows the body to release unprocessed emotions so we are then able to invite more joy and compassion into our lives. In this workshop there will be guided movement and connection exercises prior to the breathwork journey to allow you get out of your mind and drop into your body.

Please come prepared with a yoga mat, water bottle, clothes you feel comfortable to move in, a journal, a pen and an open heart. Feel free to bring anything else you may want for support e.g., cushion, light blanket...

Eden is a Breath and Movement guide and has been on her own Breathwork journey for 6.5 years and has spent the last 18 months training in Somatic Therapy and Breathwork. Supporting across multiple workshops and retreats, she has explored and developed her own unique style of practices to bring to you in this safe space. Incorporating her earthly and nurturing presence, she will bring joy and play, along with deep healing to support you on your journey.
