This small group Conscious Connected Breathwork session is an opportunity to pause, breathe and reconnect with you.

You’ll be gently guided through a powerful breathing journey designed to help you:

• Release built-up emotions, stress and tension
• Calm and support your nervous system
• Let go of what may no longer be serving you
• Create space for clarity, connection and renewal
• Return to yourself feeling lighter and more grounded

Come exactly as you are. There are no expectations, no pressure and no previous breathwork experience needed—beginners are absolutely welcome.

You’ll be held in a safe, supportive and nurturing space throughout the entire experience.

Please bring:

• A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• A bolster or pillow
• A warm blanket
• An eye mask
• Water
• A journal and pen
• Yourself, exactly as you are

Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the experience personal and supportive, so early booking is recommended.
