Cathartic Breathwork uses the Power of Conscious Connected Mouth Breathing to Responsibly Release Energy and Emotion resulting in restoration and repair of the body on a cellular level. This outcome is permanent, grounded, actualised change. Basically you feel a whole lot lighter and free as you've let go of stagnate energy in the body. 

You are held in a Safe, Secure and Empowered space, where you step into Radical Self-Ownership and Responsibility Activating your own Inner Authority, Wisdom and Knowing and experience the Medicine of your own Self-Healing. 

This is a Powerful, Embodied, Grounded Healing experience. A space to get out of your head and into your heart.

About Your Facilitator Natalie

Natalie is a Cathartic Breathwork + Somatic Bodywork Facilitator and Trainer with over 13 years of experience in holding a deeply sacred space for profound personal self-healing. She has facilitated thousands of individual and group healing sessions and has witnessed time and time again that the greatest healer is the one that is activated within. 

The safety and trust in which you are held are a direct result of the parts of herself she has allowed herself to see, own and integrate. It’s the combination of deep shadow work combined with radical self-honesty and profound personal responsibility that allows her to hold you in a sacred, safe and trusted space of complete authenticity and allowance
