These sessions are designed for women seeking reliable, evidence-based information about menopause and midlife health in a welcoming and supportive environment. Through Dr. Premji’s expertise and compassionate approach, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the physical, emotional, and hormonal changes that can occur during this important life stage, while learning about the many options available to support their health, well-being, and quality of life.

We recognize that support is an important part of the journey, and participants are welcome to bring a partner, family member, friend, or other support person to attend the session with them.
