Have you ever wondered why history repeats itself? It’s the same reason we individually become stuck or experience repeating patterns in our lives.

We are at a moment in human history where we have never been before, presented with the opportunity to re-write the rule sets on how humanity has evolved, starting with re-writing the tale on how we create our individual lives at the level of our core frequency.

Our Core frequency dictates how we create our reality and the nature of the experiences we have. When we can address issues at the level of our core frequency, we open up to the brilliance of life and are able to create incredible opportunity for ourselves and humanity at large.

During this group session, you will experience the process of core frequency Recalibration & Recoding, helping you gain momentum in aligning with a higher dimensional version of yourself.

About the Session

The first part of the session will be somewhat meditative where I will tap into the collective resonance of the group and begin to re-calibrate your core frequency to a higher dimensional space. During the latter part of the session there will be an opportunity for Q&A and interactive discussion.

If you are new to me and frequency work, this is the perfect taster session. If you have done some work with me in the past or are in the midst of a series with me, this is the perfect momentum booster.

Frequently Asked Questions

I joined the last session, is the next one going to be the same?
Each session is different! Whilst we always work on a core frequency level, I tap into what is relevant for the group in that moment of time. If you joined previous sessions and choose to join another, it is very much like continuing the momentum from where you left off!

How should I prepare for the session?

Just turn up! It's best to be somewhere quite where you will be undisturbed for the duration of the session. After the session, you may feel like you want to have a few moments just to be with yourself. The session is held late in the evening, so it’s perfect to fall asleep straight after!

Where does the session take place?

The session is held online via zoom. There is also a phone in option available, but video is more fun and gives a sense of community.

How long will the session last?

The session will last between 60-90 minutes

Is this work the same as energy healing?

No, during these sessions we work on the core frequency blueprint of what creates you and your reality. I help the group shift into a higher dimensional reality and as a by product, healing does occur, but I do not heal you. This work is a great complement to modalities like Reiki or Energy Healing.

I would love to join, but I can’t make it on Tuesday.

If you can't attend the session live but would still like to benefit, don't worry - the recording will be just as effective. Once you're registered, your frequency blueprint will be included in the collective resonance of the group, ensuring you receive benefit from the session as well even if you are not able to join live. The recording is not sent immediately after the session but it is sent within the same week.

What happens once I've registered?
Once you have registered you will receive an email confirmation, which will also contain the zoom link and dial in details for the session. The work starts to happen at the moment you have made the decision to join, so even prior to the session you may become aware of subtle shifts in your reality.
