Every person experiences regression differently. Some people receive vivid visual experiences, while others may feel emotions, sensations, memories, words or simply a deep inner knowing. There is no right or wrong way to experience this work.

You do not need any previous hypnosis or meditation experience to attend. Simply come with an open mind, comfortable clothing, and a willingness to relax into the experience.

My name is Bianca O’Connell and I am a Level 2 QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) Practitioner, trained in the Dolores Cannon method.

I am deeply passionate about creating safe and grounded spaces for people to reconnect with themselves, explore their inner world, and access deeper clarity, healing and understanding through the subconscious mind.

This group experience is a beautiful introduction to regression work and QHHT, offering a small taste of the depth, clarity and profound insight that can emerge in a full session.

Doors will close promptly at 2:00pm so the space can remain uninterrupted and fully held for everyone attending. Please arrive a little early to get settled and comfortable.
