Ladies, I welcome you to join me for an empowering and healing 8 week small group mentoring experience focused on personal growth, self exploration and embodiment. This series of gatherings is designed to help women on their personal development journey, fostering mind-body wellness and spiritual growth. Through weekly reading, activities, group gatherings and embodied practices, we will dive deep into ourselves, nurturing a sense of empowerment and self-awareness.

Utilising the books, The Wisdom of Your Body: Finding Healing, Wholeness, and Connection through Embodied Living and Practices for Embodied Living: Experiencing the Wisdom of Your Body as our references, you will be offered a compassionate, healthy, and holistic perspective on embodied living.

During our 8 weeks together, I create a safe space for women to connect, share, and support each other. Through interactive discussions and engaging activities, we will explore topics such as; exploring and understanding embodiment, healing the body from stress and trauma and getting to know the emotional body.

Weaving together illuminating research, stories from her work as a therapist, and deeply personal narratives of healing from a life-threatening eating disorder, a near-fatal car accident, and chronic pain, the author of the book we will be reading invites us to reclaim the wisdom of the body and to experience the wholeness that has been there all along.

This event is open to all women who are looking to understand themselves more deeply throagh guided discussions and mentoring, and who are willing to engage in authentic and vulnerable times of heart centered connection and sharing. About Your Host
I am a soul healer, educator and creative and utilise an intuitive and embodied approach when guiding people in their healing journey of mind, body, soul and spirit wellness. Soul healing is my passion, and nothing brings me more joy than guiding women in therapeutic practices, and witnessing the transformation that occurs when they feel seen, heard & held. My events are grounded in love and centered upon encouraging authentic connection to self and others. I host Women’s Circles and Retreats, mentoring women in the areas of emotional and spiritual growth. I am a trauma informed practitioner and have 20 years of experience working in both the education and community sectors, and have navigated decades of personal healing and growth in therapy and through self directed study.
