What to Expect:

During this workshop, you’ll experience the harmonious blend of three transformative practices:

Breathwork: Unlock the power of your breath to release tension, reduce anxiety, and cultivate inner peace. Guided breathing techniques will help you tap into your body’s natural rhythms and emotions.
Sound Healing: Immerse yourself in soothing sounds from crystal singing bowls and other instruments. This experience promotes deep relaxation and alignment, allowing you to connect with your inner self.
Energy Healing: Experience gentle energy work that supports healing and balance. Our skilled practitioners will guide you in clearing blockages and revitalising your energy flow.

What to Bring on the Day:

Comfortable Clothing: Wear loose, breathable clothes that allow you to move freely and relax.
Yoga Mat and/or Blanket: Bring a mat and/or a cosy blanket if possible, ensuring you have a comfortable relaxing space.
Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is important, so bring a reusable water bottle.
Journal and Pen: If you like to reflect on your experiences, keeping a journal handy can help you record insights or feelings that arise.
Eye Mask or Bandana: To enhance relaxation, consider bringing an eye mask or a bandana to block out light during the session.
Open Mind and Heart: Come with a willingness to explore and embrace the experience fully!

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel your registration, please do so at least 24 hours before the workshop for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will not be refunded, but you may transfer your spot to a friend.
