"Return to Self: A Sound Healing for Replenishment" 🌸✨

In the fast pace of life, we often give so much of ourselves to others and to the world around us that we forget to turn inward and nourish the self. This sound healing session is dedicated to helping you reconnect with your own well-being, replenish your inner resources, and give yourself the care and love you deserve.

- A soothing journey through healing sounds, using a combination of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and voice to create a deeply relaxing environment.
- Guided meditation to release stress, tension, and overwhelm, allowing you to create space for self-compassion and restoration.

What is Sound Healing?

~ Indulge in a serene Sound Healing experience, a gateway to unwind, rejuvenate, and mend the strains of daily life. Sound healing, celebrated for its ability to soothe stress, anxiety, and elevate mood, can work wonders, from alleviating high blood pressure to enhancing sleep quality. Beyond its physical benefits, it's a transformative path to release energetic blockages, providing a sacred canvas for meditation and inner contemplation.

Time: Doors open 6:15pm for prompt 6:30pm start. Finish 7:30 pm

***Please arrive 5-10 min early - if you're running a few minutes late please do not disturb the session, enter quietly and set yourself up where you feel comfortable.

Please be sure to bring:

-Yoga mat/sponge mattress

-Blanket/towel, pillow

-Eye covering/scarf (important!)

-Journal, pen

-Water bottle

-Crystals if you wish!

-Please do not attend under the influence of drugs/alcohol (you will be asked to leave)

-This is an adults only class

-Please respect the space and other participants, quiet talking is ok :)

-Phones OFF/airplane mode

-No refunds policy - please note in the event that I have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances you will be refunded the full ticket amount, minus the humantix fee.

-To ensure a smooth and comfortable start, kindly arrive 10 minutes early as our session commences at 6:30 PM. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Please note the performing arts centre (PAC) is the big, black building on Rosewood drive - BUT access is only through Reed st as directed in the image below. Once in the parking lot, look for the open gate on the left side of the parking lot when you are facing the black building - go through this gate - entry to PAC is through the glass door. There will be a pink flag in the garden and a sign on the door for Sound Healing :)
