Group Spinal Energetics Treatment

Come and unwind with a group Spinal Energetics treatment. 

We'll be offering a gentle yet deep opportunity to collectively release emotional and physical tension from the body. 

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom to move & bring a water bottle.

We recommend either a light meal no less than an hour before the treatment, or saving your dinner until afterwards.
