Breathwork is not just about breathing, it is connecting the bridge between your mind and body.
Embracing the breath provides a grounding force, a reminder that amidst the chaos, there is a reliable center within us.
For Anika, it is the journey of allowing, guiding and holding space for those who are ready to embark on an expedition back home, to you.

Why Spinal Energetics? 
Spinal Energetics is a way of integrating physical, emotional, and energetic healing through working with the body's energy field and specific activation points.
Spinal Energetics was created to connect the bridge between Western perspective (rational) and Eastern philosophy (divine). 
Through this work, we experience shifts within our nervous system, emotional releases, changed states of consciousness and a heightened sense of wellbeing and alignment as a whole. 

By combining these two powerful modalities together, our intention is to offer a gentle, yet deep opportunity to collectively release mental, emotional and physical tension from the body and your energetic field. 

This event is a great opportunity if you have been sitting on the fence about Breathwork and/or Spinal Energetics - this group session will allow you to be held like a one on one but experience the power of collective energy.

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom to move & bring a water bottle.

We recommend either a light meal no less than an hour before the treatment, or saving your dinner until afterwards.
