Join Luke (@a.spaceforbeing) and Lee (@leeduncan.intuitive) for a 2 hour group spinal energetics experience. This event will help you to reconnect with your own innate healing wisdom, allowing your body to release, express and rebalance itself through light physical and energetic touch.

We will begin the evening promptly at 6:30pm with a guided meditation, breathwork and then into the spinal energetics journey. Please arrive 10 mins prior to the start time to find a space and settle in.

What is Spinal Energetics?

It is a practice that combines Eastern and Western thought, to interact with a person’s spine, nervous system and energetic field, to harness a person’s own innate wisdom to know and heal themselves.

Through light yet powerful touch (and often no touch), an organic flow of movement and sound begins and progresses to shift, unwind, discover and release tension, resistance, and stories that may have been stored in the body. The movements and sounds are natural and primordial, they are a response to the treatment and are driven by an individual's energy, intuition and instinct.

We will finish with some time for reflection, journalling and a sharing circle.

What to bring:

Yoga mat
Anything you need to get comfortable and cosy - ie. blanket, pillow, eye mask (optional)
Journal + pen

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.

Luke is a multi modality practitioner based in Bondi, Sydney. Deeply curious about what it means to be human, how we can heal and what it takes to live from a state of being, love, and our true nature. Luke has spent the last 15 years studying, practicing and experimenting with different modalities as he has journeyed through his own healing path. His work now consists of both cognitive and somatic healing, with Breathwork, Spinal Energetics & Self Inquiry being his current offerings.

About Lee (@leeduncan.intuitive)

Lee is an intuitive physio, mind body and spirit guide, breath facilitator, spinal energetics practitioner and mother to 2 beautiful boys. Lee guides her clients to access a deeper level of wisdom within their mind, body, spirit than they previously had access to in their day to day lives. The current paradigm of health and wellness teaches us that a physical pain in our bodies has a root in a physical problem. However there is often a root cause that goes much further than skin deep. Lee offers her clients an opportunity to connect with a deep wisdom rooted in the body that goes beyond the perception of the body and mind that unlocks a limitless potential within creating a deeper sense of freedom within the body, mind, and spirit than her clients have ever experienced before.

Severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis)
Currently taking heavy medication that alters brain chemistry (anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, antipsychotic)
Recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries
Epilepsy
History or diagnosis of aneurysms
Cardiovascular problems
History of seizures
Severe Asthma
Heart disease
Heart conditions
Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, or spiritual emergence within the past three years
Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions that would impair or affect their ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release
