Group Supervision for Early Career Social Workers

Group Supervision is an online place for social work early career practitioners and students.

You will be looking to critically reflect and find solidarity with others to help make meaning of the realities of practice in organisational contexts that push back on social work values, ethics and methods.

I still love what I do after more than 30 years of practice and I want to support early career social workers to have fulfilling careers!  

I invite you to join us for a deep dive into those questions you want answers to ... there really are no social work questions that are out of bounds.

This 90 minute small group session is facilitated by Lynne Matthews

To kickstart the conversation I pose 3 questions:

  1. What's challenging about my work (or social work in general)

  2. What am I pushing back on and what can support me to do this?

  3. What's bringing me hope for my practice?

My hope is that you will go away with something new - a new perspective; a new level of self-belief; a new connection ...
