Come and immerse yourself in the sounds of the human voice in this one hour holistic voice therapy session. Relax while being bathed in vocal tones and overtones, then use your own voice as we gently make sounds together to soothe and rejuvenate. During a sound bath an atmoshere of safety and security is created. Research has shown that many physical, emotional and mental health benefits can be achieved during this state. It is possible to let go, release stress, anxiety, doubt and feelings that have a negative impact on our health.
