Targeted exercises to strengthen core stability muscles and maintain a healthy, pain-free neck and back.
Breathing and relaxation techniques to soothe your nervous system, release the effects of stress, manage anxiety and improve sleep.
Meditation and mindfulness skills to improve your focus and concentration and calm your mind.
A special time to nurture yourself and connect with like minded people who share values of kindness, good health, community and joy for life.
Fully inclusive and for all ages and levels of fitness.
A highly experienced Dru Yoga teacher and life coach (with over 20 years of experience teaching yoga and meditation) who is committed to helping you enjoy a safe and enjoyable practice of yoga that will enhance your well being....and more!
Classes are based on the therapeutic principles of Dru Yoga

TRIAL CLASS - $29 for your initial trial class - Come and see if it is a good fit for you!
CASUAL OPTION - $37 . Ideal if you just want to drop in on occasions.
TERM FEES - $290 for the 10 week term- ie $29 per class. Pro-rata if you join mid term.

Discounts for Teenagers and Uni students are available on booking.
