Group Yoga Classes in Beecroft 2025

Gentle Dru Yoga Class  - Enhance your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing

• Tuesdays 11am    - open for bookings

• Wednesdays 7pm     - open for bookings

• Fridays 9:15am   - (class full for term 3, Contact Morag for availability for term 4)

• Each class is 90 minutes 

What to expect:

• Yoga stretches to release tiredness and tension,  raise your energy levels and increase your flexibility.

• Targeted exercises to strengthen core stability muscles and maintain a healthy, pain-free neck and back.

• Breathing and relaxation techniques to soothe your nervous system, release the effects of stress, manage anxiety and improve sleep. 

• Meditation and mindfulness skills to improve your focus and concentration and calm your mind.

• A special time to nurture yourself and connect with like minded people who share values of kindness, good health, community and joy for life.  

• Fully inclusive and for all ages and levels of fitness.

• A highly experienced Dru Yoga teacher and life coach (with over 20 years of experience teaching yoga and meditation) who is committed to helping you enjoy a safe and enjoyable practice of yoga that will enhance your well being....and more!

• Classes are based on the therapeutic principles of Dru Yoga

Investment:

• TRIAL CLASS - $29 for your initial trial class - Come and see if it is a good fit for you!

• CASUAL OPTION  - $37 . Ideal if you just want to drop in on occasions. 

• TERM FEES  - $290 for the 10 week term- ie $29 per class. Pro-rata if you join mid term. 

Discounts for Teenagers and Uni students are available on booking.
