This one’s for the dads.

Expecting dads, new dads, seasoned dads — even grandads. Grouse Dads is a space to move, connect, and reset alongside others who get it.

Over 4 weeks, you’ll join a small group of local dads for free, 60-minute sessions that combine full-body movement with casual group conversation. No egos, no expectations — just time for yourself in a season that often leaves none.

Each session includes:

A short, themed stretch and chat
A structured, full-body workout (all fitness levels welcome)
Optional coffee and connection after the session
A chance to share feedback and help shape what this becomes

This first term is completely free as we test the format, gather feedback, and build something useful for the long haul. Whether you can make one or all four, you’re welcome.
