This one’s for the dads. Expecting dads, new dads, seasoned dads — even grandads! If you’re a male caregiver looking to carve out some time for yourself, move your body, and connect with others going through the same messy, meaningful chapter of life, this is for you.

We’re running a free 60-minute taster session to introduce Grouse Dads — a new program built around weekly movement, conversation, and connection. It’s not about being a “perfect parent.” It’s about showing up, making space, and realising you’re not doing this alone.
