Use this booking form to book party hire items from Grovedale Toy Library.

Pick up window : Saturday 10.30 to 11.30am
You will be contacted the week before to confirm your pick up time.

Returns window:  Saturday 9:30am - 10:30am
Please note, pick up and return times must be strictly adhered to.

All bookings include a hire and processing fee. Terms & Conditions apply.

Currently, borrowing is restricted to members of Grovedale Toy Library only.  Find out more about becoming a member here.

** Special reciprocal agreement - members of other Geelong toy libraries may hire from our Cake Tins & Baking section, under the same terms as GTL members.  Your membership will be confirmed with your toy library when you make your booking.

Pick up and return instructions
Arrive at 45 Heyer Rd, Grovdale and park in the carpark at the rear of the main building.  The 5 minute pickup zone may be used with respect.
Enter the Grovedale Community Hub through the automatic doors, and identify yourself to one of the volunteers on duty.  One of our volunteers will assist with your pickup/return.

All bookings should be made 7 days before the pick up date to secure your party hire.

Please be considerate - the late return of a Party Pack will likely impact someone else's plans. For this reason, packs returned late will incur a fee equal to the full weekly rental price. Terms & Conditions apply.   At the Committee's discretion, we may request early return on Saturday morning to accommodate specific usage of the items by the Grovedale Toy Library.
