Healthy and long hair isn’t just about what you put on it.

Join us for a feel-good morning combining Pilates, nutrition and hair expertise: designed to help you better understand how to support healthy and growing hair from the inside out.

We’ll start with a 50-min Pilates class with Ophélie, followed by delicious, nourishing snacks with simple notes on the nutrients that support hair health.

Then, our hair expert, Ash will take you through a practical hair growth workshop: covering the habits and haircare tips that actually matter.

Expect movement, good food, useful knowledge and a few things you’ll want to take home with you.
