Event description

Forage, cook and share in a colourful, plant-based, three-course feast with naturopath Paloma Velásquez (Aruraqi) and special guest Andrea Bravo (Dandelion Kitchen).

In this culinary adventure, we’ll gather ingredients from the EcoMatters Teaching Garden and make a delectable lunch together from a mix of seasonal produce and wild plants (including weeds). The health-boosting Spring feast will begin with a smoothie, move on to an array of savoury dishes, and finish with dessert.

You’ll leave this workshop knowing how to forage a number of wild plants, and with the skills to make a range of delicious recipes inspired by South American and Pacific-fusion cuisine.
