    Join us for FAN's Grow National "Seed to Sprout" workshop on Tuesday, 15th October, your gateway to mastering the food business landscape. This comprehensive one-day event held at UniSC is designed for both emerging and established food entrepreneurs.

    Morning Session: 
    with Bernard Parker of Parker Food:
    Dive into the essentials of running a successful food business without compromising on safety or profitability. We'll introduce fictional FAN member 'FAN Kitchen', showcasing their products, recipes, and stringent food safety protocols. Discover the importance of balancing hands-on work with strategic business planning, and unravel the costs behind food production to pinpoint profit opportunities. 

    Afternoon Session: 
    with Gail Macleod of macleodglba:
     Discover how to effectively sell your products and charm your customers. We'll dive into creating client avatars, selecting the right sales channels, and getting your products accepted by buyers.
