About your presenter:
Mashhuda Carrigan is a food technologist with 9 years of experience in food safety, quality, and primary processing of eggs and high-risk, ready-to-eat products. She holds a Master’s in Food Science and Technology from The University of Queensland. Additionally, she completed a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. As an Educator at UQ Skills, Mashhuda co-leads training programs in the Applied Sciences department. She is passionate about lifelong learning and creating inclusive, meaningful learning experiences, particularly for students from CALD backgrounds
