Using music, movement and connection, Biodanza offers positive experiences to help you grow those seeds and flourish in life.

We warmly invite you to grow the seeds of your potential in our Biodanza series each Wednesday at 6:30 pm. There is a free taster session on 16 August followed by a seven-week series that will help spark your joy.

It's best done each week to build on the progressive benefits, but we understand life doesn't always make that possible. So you can purchase tickets for individual sessions or the discounted full series.

Everyone is welcome and no dance experience is required.

There are no steps to learn and nothing to get right. It is a space for you to enjoy freedom of expression, to connect to your body and be more present with yourself and others.

We start the sessions with a brief introduction followed by a facilitator guided movement class.

Things to Note

It’s a great idea to bring a water bottle and to wear comfortable, layered clothing that you can move in. We don’t wear shoes in Biodanza, so please be prepared to dance barefoot or to wear nonslip socks.
