Join us for our next workshop with Wink from Aquila FoodForest in Mumbelup. Wink will share plenty of tips and tricks to help your garden thrive, exploring everything from Planting and Productivity through to Organic Pest Control. Eating seasonally is not only more tasty but also far more budget friendly and with a little bit of planning you can enjoy an abundant harvest for the whole year.
About the presenter:
Wink Lindsay specialises in Sustainability Education and Garden Mentoring, facilitating a variety of Resilient Living and Garden skills themed Workshops. Her focus is on empowering individuals, inviting them to start where they are so they can best utilise the resources they have on hand. Aiming to foster Healthy Households and a more Resilient Community through the creation of Beautiful Edible spaces, both in backyards and Community Gardens.
A qualified Permaculture Designer with a Science Degree majoring in Sustainable Development, she has decades of experience in Ecosystem Management. Wink loves growing organic vegies, cooking up a storm in the kitchen and preserving her homegrown bounty. As a passionate Gardener and Homesteader she shares extensive experience, practical solutions and an infectious enthusiasm.
