This month's Grow Your Own workshop covers heart-healthy cooking! Our own Susan Jewell (GYO participant) will be teaching us about heart-healthy choices and providing some delicious snacks! If you have recipes you would like to share, bring them! We love to see what's going on in the kitchen.
