About Simon & The Urban Farm:

Farmer Simon believes in the power of organic, nutrient rich, chemical-free clean food, the way it should be. He crossed the seas 15 years ago from the cloudy, cold shores of England, to grower’s paradise of the Sunshine Coast. Starting with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental science, moving into the field of permaculture and regenerative agriculture, he has learnt what it takes to grow abundant food as medicine in the sub tropics. About Naturopath Ellen:

Ellen is a passionate and experienced Naturopath who lives on the Sunshine Coast & runs an online clinic helping people all over the globe. She focuses on food as medicine, herbal medicine and lifestyle changes to help people with various health issues from hormonal imbalances, fertility problems, gut issues, acne, eczema, autoimmune conditions, thyroid disease and everything in between! Ellen absolutely loves sharing knowledge with practical tools you can use right when you get home.
