Please note this specific event is open to all gender expressions!

This 2 hour journey has been carefully designed to bring all parts of yourself to the table, with so much love, safety & trust, whilst giving you the opportunity to connect deeper with other humans there!

I have facilitated breathwork on hundreds of people now across the world (Australia, New Zealand, Mexico to name a few!) and group events are my favourite: there is something so delicious about the pulled collective energy. I would be honoured to hold you in this!

We will open this sacred space to G R O W, build safety with one another by connecting, then drop into the deep breathwork session with plenty of time for sound elements, meditation & integration after. Please leave space for after the session to ground in with Mother Nature & reflect- it is a whole body & soul journey so leaving time to integrate after is very important to get the most of it. There is a suprise gift to take home after too!

7 years in fitness marketing ended when I qualified as a Breathwork, Meditation & Ice Bath Facilitator back in 2022.

I knew... THE WORLD NEEDED THIS!!

Fast forward, Australia to New Zealand to Mexico to now London!

I AM SO HONOURED to bring back the power of breath & my learnings to London where I grew up!

It has truly changed my life in profound ways ~

I went from living in high heart rate, stressed, never feeling good enough, people pleaser, afraid to express, drained, and burnt out from being in my masculine to free, highly intuitive, feminine, present, grounded, living radiantly.

While I was what I understood as happy at the time, with the power of the breath, I have come to understand what true happiness, freedom & authenticity means. And it’s bloody beautiful!

♡ The Intention

The intention of this session is all about releasing that which does not serve, creating a safety space for authentic expression, connecting with other beautiful humans that are conscious like yourself, and bringing the power of the breath to more peoples lives.

♡ Who can participate?

All gender expressions!

Consciously Connected (Mouth) Breathwork is not advised for persons with a history of cardiovascular disease or prior heart attack, high blood pressure, use of prescription blood thinners such as Coumadin, epilepsy or seizures, glaucoma, osteoporosis, severe asthma, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, dissociative disorders, history of significant trauma, and during pregnancy.

This means you will be assigned a different style of breath if you should choose to come - we are able to meet your wishes, please just inform us before the session!
