Come learn a fabulous facet of self sufficiency in this morning workshop on our 8ha property just outside of Waihi. Whether you are looking to feed yourself affordably from your balcony, backyard garden, or your farm, we will cover the foundations of growing from seed successfully. 

We are certified organic property that encompasses a market garden, young orchard, pastoral grazing, free range chickens, and agroforestry. Various principles are utilized such as biodynamics, natural farming, no-dig/no-till, regenerative agriculture and holistic grazing.

Within a small group setting we will focus on the practical aspects of how to grow vegetables and flowers from seed, as well as learning how to harness the power of the planets by planting by the moon.
